Thanks for taking the time to read this little note about our knotwork. The first thing I want you to know is that I am the person who designs the products and ties the knots. We make traditional items like rope bracelets and sailors' lanyards, but most of our designs are totally original. You will find gifts for your friends, their homes, boats, and children. These include the famous Nantucket sailors' bracelets, monkey fist key-rings, and all types of unique nautical gifts.

In case you'd like to take up knot-tying yourself, I have designed Rope Bracelet and Monkey Fist Key-Ring Kits with my own instructions and photographs to simplify what can be a challenging - but rewarding! - undertaking.

You will find that we use only the highest quality materials, our own custom cordage, and fittings of bronze, stainless steel, or solid brass.

We are fortunate to be able to knot right here on Nantucket Island, where the lure of the sea is strong and the lore of our whaling history is a constant reminder of what it must have been like to live in the days of the great ships of sail.
