Payment: Via Master Card, Visa, or American Express. This site has Secure Ordering. Shipping for lamps vary with the order. I will e-mail the shipping amount with confirmation.

Shipping Time: Most items are shipped within one week except for lamps and any special orders. I'll let you know how long these will take. If you know what you want, but don't want it shipped immediately, it is helpful to me if you can place your order and give me a shipping date in the future. I am happy to enclose a Nantucket greeting card with your message for an additional $3.00.

Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges are the cost of First Class or Priority Mail (by weight) plus a small ($2-$5) handling fee depending upon size/contents of package.

Sales and Return Policy

I hope that you are satisfied and delighted with everything you purchase. However if this is not the case I will gladly authorize returns for refund or exchange within 7 days following your receipt of the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless due to my error. Return shipping is at your expense and returns must be made in original condition. Authorization for returns must be requested in advance by e-mailing me at knots@comcast.net. Please explain the reason for returning the items.
